Refund Policy

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To begin a return, contact us at  support@skinfit.com and when your return is approved, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages / Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate and correct the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Our company is not responsible for stolen package(s) once your item is indicated as delivered by your delivery carrier.

Exchanges
. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping. If you need to exchange or replace an item email us at  support@skinfit.com.

Refunds. 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be issued a refund on your original payment method. As a reminder, it can take up to 5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
