Vitamin C Serum

Use once nightly before Face Lotions or Cream application. Usually one to two pumps applied to face spread evenly over your skin is all that is needed. Apply 30 seconds after other serums and before other lotions or creams.

Water, 3-O ethyl ascorbic acid, Ascorbyl Glucoside, Acetyl Glycyl Beta-Alanine, Olea Europaea (Olive) Leaf Extract, Zinc PCA, Glycerin, Panthenol, Lentinus edodes mycelium extract, Chondrus Crispus Extract, Sodium Hyaluronate, Aminopropyl Ascorbyl Phosphate, Diglycerin, Pinus Pinaster Extract,Thiamine, Niacinamide, Levan, Decyl Glucoside, Zizyphus Jujuba Seed Extract, Citric Acid, Ascorbic Acid, Phenethyl Alcohol, Xylityl Sesquicaprylate

Aminopropyl Ascorbyl Phosphate –  Highly stable water-soluble Vitamin C derivative, Effective in collagen synthesis at very low usage levels. Outperforms other Vitamin C derivatives in stability and residual activity upon formulation into finished products. In-vitro tests show that Aminopropyl Ascorbyl Phosphate outperforms ascorbic acid and other Vitamin C derivatives in collagen formation activity. 

Ascorbyl Glucoside, Zinc PCA -Stabilized Vitamin C and Zinc PCA that combats the pigments Melanin and Lipofuscin, which are both responsible for the appearance of age spots. It inhibits the formation of melanin and protein aggregates, such as Lipofuscin. Zinc PCA, the zinc salt of pyrrolidonic carboxylic acid, activates the Vitamin C transporter. Ascorbyl glucoside can be taken up more efficiently by the skin cells and can exhibit a better inhibitory effect on melanogenesis.

Acetyl Glycyl Beta-Alanine – an instant whitening peptide agent with excellent stability. It is effective in dark spot reducing and skin clarity   improvement. Test with 2% have shown significant improvement in less than 2 weeks.

3 – O Ethyl Ascorbic Acid –  Most stable and powerful vitamin C available. 3-O-Ethyl-L-Ascorbic Acid, or Ethyl Ascorbic Acid is produced by modifying Ascorbic Acid, commonly known as Vitamin C. This modification is done to increase the molecule’s stability and enhance its transport through skin, as pure Vitamin C breaks down too easily. Furthermore, it is even more potent in reducing skin darkening after UV exposure. It even has some additional effects, not observed in pure Ascorbic Acid, such as promoting nerve cell growth or reducing chemotherapy damage.

Zizphus Jujuba Seed Extract – demonstrates great promise in tightening up Claudin – 1 Junctions. Claudins are    tight junction membrane proteins that are expressed in epithelia and endothelia and form paracellular barriers and pores that determine tight junction permeability. Therefore improving one’s skin barrier function. Also helps repair and enhances the Collagen Layer 7.

Chondrus Crispus Extract – commonly called Irish moss, a red seaweed, is a water-binding agent, which means it helps hold water onto skin and hair, increasing hydration. Reduces UV stress and is loaded with nutrients.

Pinus Pinaster (Pine) Bark Extract – Improves collagen synthesis and enhances vitamin C activity.

• Lentinus edodes mycelium extract – A Shitake Mushroom Extract – Melanin degradation & Skin-tone lightening
• Niacinamide – A stress relieving vitamin and has skin lightening ability.

Panthenol – is polar and carries moisture across the epidermis and dermis junction, all the while scavenging for harmful free radicals protecting skin cells especially from radiation effects. Because B5 is similar to Co enzyme A , one of the body’s main building blocks, it helps to also utilize the vitamin C more efficiently.

Zinc PCA  – the zinc salt of pyrrolidonic carboxylic acid, activates the Vitamin C transporter. Helps vitamin C, specifically Ascorbyl glucoside, to be taken up more efficiently by the skin cells and can exhibit a better inhibitory effect on melanogenesis.
